Value Planning Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") provides a function to post impressions, ratings, and images of our products (hereinafter referred to as "reviews") and a function to display posted reviews (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). The terms of use for posting reviews (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") apply to customers who post reviews or customers who view posted reviews (hereinafter referred to as "customers") in media provided by our company.

1. Application of these Terms

① Before using the Service, you must read these Terms and Conditions and agree to their contents before using the Service. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

• ・Posts that offend others with violent, cruel, discriminatory, sexual or obscene language
• ・Posts offering commercial or personal purchases or sales
• ・Posts for advertising purposes
• ・Posts that include information that could identify an individual
• - Posts about defective products or poor delivery
• ・Posts about other companies' products
• ・Posting products that are not purchased products
• ・Posting content that may mislead other customers
• - Other posts that deviate from the purpose of this service and are deemed inappropriate by our company.

② Reviews that violate these terms will be deleted. We are not obligated to disclose the reason for deletion to you or any third party, and you agree to this in advance.

③ Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if a customer engages in or is likely to engage in any act that violates these Terms and Conditions, the Company may, without prior notice, suspend or delete the customer's account, claim damages, or request an injunction against prohibited acts.

Use of this service is at your own risk.

・The customer bears all responsibility for the posted information, comments, photos, images, videos, etc., and our company assumes no responsibility.

・We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the reviews posted. It is up to you to determine the credibility of other customers' reviews.

- We will not be involved in any way with respect to any damages (including damages caused by computer virus infections, etc.) arising from the content of reviews or external websites linked to the site, or any disputes between customers, and we will not provide any compensation.

・We do not guarantee that the operation of this service will be free from disruptions.We are not liable for any system interruptions, delays, suspensions, or data loss due to communication line or computer failures, or for any problems with posting reviews, damage caused by unauthorized access to data, or any other damages incurred by customers in relation to this service due to reasons beyond our control.

4. Copyright of submitted reviews

① When you post a review on the Service, you agree that we may use all copyrights and other rights under copyright law (including the right of third parties to grant permission for reuse) of the review, such as the right to reproduce, publicly transmit, transfer, translate, adapt, and use derivative works, free of charge (including the right of third parties to grant permission for reuse), and that we will not exercise the author's moral rights (right to publish, right to display name, right to maintain integrity).

② Customers who post reviews are required to guarantee that they own all copyrights and other rights under copyright law, including the right to reproduce, transmit to the public, transfer, translate, adapt, and use derivative works. Customers should confirm whether they hold the rights under copyright law before posting.

③ When posting content that uses the copyrighted work of a third party, it is assumed that the rights processing required for the consent set forth in the preceding paragraph (including the rights processing required for the consent of the customer to our company for use and the consent of our company to a third party for reuse) has been completed at the customer's own responsibility and expense.

④ We may use your reviews in our advertising materials, sales promotion materials, websites, emails, and other methods. In such cases, no royalties or other compensation will be charged. We may also modify the text by summarizing or excerpting it, or omit to indicate the author's name. Even if we use your reviews, you agree not to exercise your moral rights under the Copyright Act (right of publication, right to display name, right to maintain integrity).

⑤Please note that reviews may be used as reference material for product development or marketing data, or provided to third parties, after any information that could identify you has been removed.
