User Guide

About online membership registration

On this site, you can receive various services by registering as a web member before purchasing products.
Web membership registration is free, and there are no joining fees or annual fees.

Please register for online membership here .

[How to register as a web member]

  1. Click the " Register " button on the site. New member registration
  2. Please confirm and fill in the required information (name, email address, password, membership terms and conditions, consent to privacy policy, etc.) and click [Submit].
  3. You will receive an email "Notification of Membership Registration Completion" to the email address you registered, and your web membership registration will be complete.

After logging in, you can change the following information from [Edit Member Information] on your My Page.

■ Changes to your name, address, contact information, or email address

  1. After logging in, click on "Edit Member Information."
  2. After entering the changes, confirm the changes and click [Save] to complete the changes.

■ Changing your password

  1. After logging in, click [Change Password] to display the login page.
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page to proceed.
  3. Please enter your registered email address, enter the characters in half-width characters, and click [Send].
  4. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password, so please click on "Change Password".
  5. Enter the new password you want to reset and click [Change Password] to complete the password change.

After logging in, you can change the following information from [Edit Member Information] on your My Page.

■ Changes to your name, address, contact information, or email address

  1. After logging in, click on "Edit Member Information."
  2. After entering the changes, confirm the changes and click [Save] to complete the changes.

■ Changing your password

  1. After logging in, click [Change Password] to display the login page.
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page to proceed.
  3. Please enter your registered email address, enter the characters in half-width characters, and click [Send].
  4. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password, so please click on "Change Password".

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in, you can change it by clicking [Forgot your password?] on the login screen.

  2. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password, so please click on "Change Password".
  3. Enter the new password you want to reset and click [Change Password] to complete the password change.

*In order to protect personal information, we cannot confirm your password.

If you wish to cancel your membership, we will need to verify your identity, so please contact us via "Customer Inquiries."

*You will not be able to check your order history after canceling your membership.

*If you have currently ordered any products, please wait until you receive the products before proceeding with the cancellation process.

About orders

Regarding product delivery times

  1. "Regular products" will be shipped in 2-7 days
  2. "Hemming available" Ships in 5-10 days
  3. "Pre-order" Scheduled date listed on the product page

*Some products, such as pre-ordered items and back-ordered items, will be shipped after they arrive, so it may take longer than the scheduled shipping date. (If the product arrives earlier than expected, it will be delivered earlier than the delivery date at the time of your order.)

*Even after your order is completed, we may be forced to cancel your order if we are unable to provide the number of products ordered.

*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to a large number of orders or shipping procedures. (Delivery times vary depending on the item.)

*Please note that during busy periods for delivery companies, the New Year holidays, and bad weather, delivery may be slightly delayed due to delivery and traffic conditions.

    *If you have a desired delivery date and time, please fill it in. You can select a date within 7 days from the 12th of the order date. If you would like the earliest possible delivery date, please proceed without specifying a delivery date and time.

    *If you would like to continue ordering, please click "Continue Shopping" to continue ordering products.

  3. If you are not logged in, click "Login" next to your contact information to log in.
  4. Please confirm the order details, enter your email address, shipping address, and payment method, and then click "Complete Order."

    *Shipping fees will be confirmed and displayed after you enter your address.

    *The fee for the "cash on delivery" payment method will be calculated after the order is completed and the final amount will be notified to you by email.

  5. Your order will be complete when the order confirmation screen appears.

Shipping costs are 660 yen (tax included) nationwide.

*Please note that items with different order numbers cannot be shipped together.

About fees

If you choose cash on delivery, please pay the shipping fee to the delivery company when you receive the product.
The handling fee varies depending on the cash on delivery amount. Please see below.

*Payment methods cannot be changed at the time of receipt.

We do not accept changes to your order (adding products or changing to a different product) after your order has been confirmed.
Before completing your order, please make sure that there are no mistakes in the order details such as [size], [color], [price], and [quantity].
If you have placed an order by phone, please contact us via our customer inquiry form to make changes or confirm your order.

Products will be shipped per order, and we are unable to combine orders into one shipment due to our system.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that we will ship items according to order number.

  • Hemming costs 880 yen (tax included) for single pants and 770 yen (tax included) for jeans.
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been hemmed.
  • When purchasing multiple items, please select the hem length and inseam size for each item before adding them to your cart.
  • Please note that the fabric is stretchy, so there may be some slight variations in fit after hemming.
  • Please note that the correction method is determined for each product and we cannot accept requests from customers.
  • To avoid any mistakes with the inseam length, we recommend setting it about 5mm longer than your desired measurement.
  • When taking your measurements, imagine the sole (heel) of the shoes you will be wearing with the pants.
  • Please note that depending on the length of the hemming, there may be seams remaining after undoing the threads.

Payment

About 3D Secure

To make shopping safer when paying by credit card, we have implemented "3D Secure 2.0" to authenticate customers.
3D Secure is an identity authentication service that allows you to shop safely online.
This is an authentication service in which credit card companies assess the risk of use based on various information, and only for uses deemed "high risk" require two-step authentication (such as an internet-only ID and password issued by each credit card company, a pre-set password, or a one-time password).

[What to do if card authentication (3D Secure) fails]

If you see the message "Payment with the card you entered has failed. Please contact your card company." when making a payment, it is possible that the password you entered is incorrect.

Due to the nature of debit cards, funds are immediately debited from your account once the validity of your card is confirmed (at the time of credit approval).
The order amount will then be deducted when the product is shipped.
We will refund any changes to the amount used when there are changes to the order details, etc., and any amount deducted at the time of authorization. However, it may take 45 to 60 days for the refund to be made, so you may temporarily see double or triple deductions until the refund is made.

*The time required for the refund to be processed varies depending on the bank, so please check with your debit card issuer.

The product receipt is as follows:

  • Cash on delivery

We are unable to issue receipts.
Please use the receipt issued by Sagawa Express.
The Sagawa Express receipt is attached to the outer box.

*The addressee cannot be changed. Please be careful when ordering.

* Receipts cannot be reissued, so please keep them in a safe place.

  • Credit card

The "Statement of Charges" issued by each credit card company will serve as a receipt.

  • Pay later (Paidy)

Any of the following will be accepted in lieu of a receipt:

  • When we receive your payment, we will send you an email to inform you that your payment has been completed.
  • When paying by number at a convenience store, the receipt given to you at the cash register

*It is not possible to issue duplicate receipts separately. Please note that Paidy is a payment service intended for the settlement of personal living expenses, and therefore cannot issue qualified invoices.

  • Convenience store payment

The receipt given to you at the cash register when you pay will serve as your receipt.

  • PayPay

We are unable to issue receipts.

  • Rakuten Pay

We are unable to issue receipts.

Please fill out the "Returns and Exchanges Card" with the necessary information and return it with the product within 7 days of receiving the product. After we receive the returned product, we will process your refund.
(Please note that we may not be able to provide refunds for products that have been delivered significantly longer than the specified period.)
Once the refund process is complete, we will send you a notification of the refund completion to the address you registered.

  • Cash on delivery

Once we have confirmed your return, we will process the refund to your designated account.
It may take up to two weeks for the refund to be processed.

*Please note that if the weekend falls in between, it may take a little longer.

  • Credit card

Once we have confirmed your return, we will stop the charge on your credit card.
Please note that due to the credit card company's closing date, a one-time withdrawal may be made. In this case, the credit card company will refund you or deduct the amount from your purchases by the following month or the month after.

  • Pay later (Paidy)

Once we have confirmed your return, we will process your refund.

[If cancellation is reflected after payment or after the withdrawal amount has been confirmed]

The cancellation amount will be deducted from the billing amount for the following month. If the cancellation amount exceeds the billing amount for the following month, or if you request a refund because there are no bills for the following month or later, we will refund the remaining amount by bank transfer.

*The refund fee and bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

[If cancellation is reflected before payment or before the withdrawal amount is confirmed]

The cancellation amount will be automatically deducted from the billing amount, and you will only be required to pay the remaining balance. Paidy will not notify you of any changes to the billing amount, so please check the amount on the Paidy app, the MyPaidy web version, or the receipt from the convenience store terminal.
*The amount will be refunded minus the refund fee.

  • Convenience store payment

Once we have confirmed your return, we will process your refund.
In addition, your bank account information will be required when processing your refund, so please make sure to fill it out correctly on the "Returns and Exchanges Card."
It may take up to two weeks for the refund to be processed.
*The refund fee and bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • PayPay

Once we have confirmed your return, we will process your refund.

[Refunds before closing processing begins]

You will be refunded immediately.

[Refunds after closing processing has begun]

If your sales exceed the refund amount, you will be refunded immediately. If your sales are less than the refund amount, your refund will be held until your sales exceed the refund amount.

  • Rakuten Pay

Once we have confirmed your return, we will process your refund.

[If you set your Rakuten Bank account as the payment source]

If you cancel on the day of payment, your refund will be processed immediately. If you cancel after the day of payment, it may take up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.

*Refunds will be made by Rakuten Payment Co., Ltd.

[If you set your card as the payment source]

Please contact your card company. If you are using a debit card, it may take some time.

[If you set Rakuten Points or Rakuten Cash as your payment source]

If you cancel on the day of payment, your points will be refunded on the same day. If you cancel the following day or later, your points will be refunded within approximately 10 days of the cancellation date. Please check the status of your Rakuten Points refund on "Rakuten Point Club Points History."

  • Limited-time points
    If the expiration date has not passed, the points will be refunded to your Rakuten Points account at the same time as the cancellation process.
    If you cancel after the expiration date, your points will be considered expired and will not be refunded.
  • Rakuten Cash
    If the transaction is canceled after a long period of time has passed, the refund may be in the form of Rakuten Points.

Although we have tried to display product images as close to the actual product colors as possible, please note that the colors may appear differently depending on your computer monitor settings and the manufacturer and model of your mobile phone.

Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy

You can cancel your order from the "Order Confirmation Email" sent after your order is confirmed or from "My Page."

[If you cancel from the order confirmation email]

  • Please click the link in the email to go to the cancellation page and complete the cancellation.

[If canceling from My Page]

  • After logging in, please go to the cancellation page by clicking the "Cancel order" link at the top of your My Page and complete the cancellation.

[Notes when canceling]

  • You can cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it. If the time has passed, we will not accept cancellations.
  • Once the cancellation process is completed, it cannot be undone.
  • If you would like to receive the cancelled item, please place a new order.
■ Regarding returns of defective products

If you discover that the product is defective after receiving it, please fill out the necessary information on the "Returns/Exchanges Card" that was included with the product when it was shipped, and return the product together with the "Returns/Exchanges Card" within 7 days, cash on delivery.

*If the item is out of stock, we will accept returns.

*When returning the product, please make sure it is in the following condition.

  1. Do not use the product (trying it on is fine)
  2. The item has a price tag or other tags attached (it is okay if they have been removed from the item)
  3. Keep the delivery note (please make a copy)

*Please note that we do not accept exchanges for other products.

*Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Pants that have been hemmed cannot be exchanged.
  • Products that have been washed or dry cleaned, or products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession.
  • Products that have been used or for which the tags have been cut off or lost.
  • Liquid products such as detergents and hand creams.
  • Hygienic products such as innerwear (girdles, spats, shorts, etc.).
  • Sale items, lucky bags, and other products marked "No returns or exchanges."

*As stipulated by the Specified Commercial Transactions Act (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry), the sale of products on this site is not subject to the cooling-off period.

■Replacement of defective products

If you discover that the product is defective after receiving it, please fill out the necessary information on the "Returns/Exchanges Card" that was included with the product when it was shipped, and return the product together with the "Returns/Exchanges Card" within 7 days, cash on delivery.

*If the item is out of stock, we will accept returns.

We accept returns for reasons such as the color, size, shape, or texture of the product you received being different from what you expected.

Size/color exchanges are only accepted if we have the item in stock.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please fill out the necessary information on the return/exchange card included with the product upon arrival, and return the product and return card within 7 days.

  • In the case of returns, the customer is responsible for the "shipping and handling fees for delivery of the product," "shipping fees for returns," and "bank transfer fees." If the return is made by cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded minus the shipping and bank transfer fees.
  • In the case of an exchange, the customer will return the product prepaid, and we will then receive and ship the replacement item. When the replacement item is delivered, you will be charged only for the shipping fee.

  • We cannot change the payment method at the time of receipt.
  • We cannot deliver ordered items to a branch or sales office.
  • If the item is held at a branch or sales office, it will automatically be treated as a return. Please note that due to system limitations, we are unable to re-deliver the item after it has been returned.
  • If for some reason we are unable to ship the product from our warehouse, we may have to cancel your order. In that case, we will contact you via "Customer Inquiries."
