Not processed or printed A completely new 3D expression

We wanted to create a shadow pattern on the pants that would make the legs look slimmer and longer, while still maintaining the elegant texture that is characteristic of B-Three. To achieve this, we needed to express it through a knitted pattern, rather than bleaching or printing. The development of the fabric, which began with this ideal, proved extremely difficult.

Weaving together shadows, A special fabric is born

After extensive research and development, we were able to create a shadow fabric with a 3D effect by using a special machine that has never been used before for bottoms, which allows us to freely change the knitting density. Furthermore, by carefully balancing the shadow position, thread feed, knitting density, and fabric thickness, we were able to create an ideal fabric that does not damage the fabric.

Each one, Carefully cut each piece

Normally, 80 to 100 layers of fabric can be stacked and cut together. However, B3D fabric cannot be effective unless the shadow pattern and compression position are correctly positioned for each individual garment. For this reason, each garment is cut by hand to ensure even a 1mm deviation.
