Through the magic pants
To bring more smiles to our customers' faces.
B3 has three research laboratories.
In addition to striving to further improve quality, development of the next generation of stretch pants has begun.
-
We conduct various research from an ergonomic perspective. By studying how clothing affects the skeleton and muscles, as well as the temperature we feel, we develop products that are not just fashionable but also highly functional and offer new value. -
To ensure quality and provide safety and security, researchers qualified as clothing managers and textile product quality managers carry out strict inspections, and only products that pass the B3 quality standard are delivered to customers. -
A "small factory" where product prototypes are made. 360-degree stretch fabric is a material that requires skill to sew, making it extremely difficult to ensure consistent quality. This sewing lab utilizes the web to share information and techniques with sewing factories, aiming to stabilize and improve quality.
We opened the ``Hospitality Research Institute'' with the desire to bring the ``magic'' of even more joy and excitement to customers from B-Three's ``professional fitters,'' sales staff who are professionals in selecting pants.
The facility is equipped with a training room, mock store, and photography studio, where role-playing activities such as customer service are filmed and then distributed to and shared with all staff.
We strive to improve and enhance our hospitality capabilities every day.
As part of this initiative, we aim to provide customer services that utilize IT, and plan to promote O2O and omni-channelization of the B3 brand.
To increase the number of smiles on our customers' faces through our magic pants.
