We regret to inform you that we will be terminating our gift card service as of Monday, June 30, 2025. Please see below for information regarding sales and usage periods following the termination of the service.

Any remaining balance after the service ends will be refunded in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act.

*Login confirmation of unused balances will end on June 30, 2025.
*To check your balance after July 1st, please send an email to the refund application email address b3_giftcard@valueplanning.com. We will contact you by email within 5 business days.
2. Refund application period
Sunday, June 1, 2025 - Wednesday, December 31, 2025*Please note that if you do not submit your application within the application acceptance period, you may be excluded from the refund procedure.
3. How to request and receive a refund
Please fill in the necessary information (address, name, contact information, gift card number on the back of the card, PIN number) of the person making the request and send it to the refund application email address.■ Email address for refund application: b3_giftcard@valueplanning.com
Once we receive your email (application details), we will send you a return envelope and a refund application form. Please fill out the necessary information on the refund application form and return it to us with the applicable gift card enclosed in the return envelope.
After confirming the details of the refund application form and the gift card, we will refund the unused balance to your designated account.
(We will cover the shipping and handling fees for the reply.)
*The personal information provided will not be used for any purpose other than the refund process.
4. Other notes
